Why Samra Facilities exists

Getting reliable maintenance work done in Dubai shouldn't be hard — and yet, for most property owners, it is. Quotes vanish. Callouts arrive late. Technicians turn up without the right tools. Warranties turn out not to mean much. Samra Facilities was founded in 2019 to do better than that.

We started small — one team, a handful of villas and apartments in Business Bay and Dubai Marina, and a deliberate focus on the boring things that actually matter to a customer: turn up on time, quote in writing, finish the job, and stand behind the workmanship in a way the customer can hold us to.

Six years on, we have completed over 9,000 jobs across Dubai, hold a 4.8-star Google rating from 150+ verified customers, and run a 15+ person multi-trade team — all under one roof, no subcontracting.

We work across sixteen service lines — AC servicing and repair, AC coil cleaning, duct cleaning, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, handyman call-outs, tile fixing, waterproofing, water tank cleaning, epoxy flooring, bathroom renovation, villa renovation, office and shop fit-outs, and Annual Maintenance Contracts. Every one of them is delivered by our own team. Whether you call us for a leaking tap on a Tuesday morning or a full-villa renovation across six weeks, the people in your home or office are on Samra's payroll.

That structure is the point. It lets us hold ourselves to a single quality standard, train people properly, and give every customer the same answer to the only question that really matters: who is responsible for this work? Samra is. Always.

How we work — six commitments

These are the things we do on every job, no exceptions. They are also the things you should expect from any maintenance contractor in Dubai, and most don't.

In-house teams, no subcontracting

Every technician at your door is on Samra's payroll. No third-party labour, no rotating cast, no surprise invoices from someone we hired this morning.

Fixed-price written quotes

Every job is quoted in writing before any work begins, with a line-item breakdown. Once you accept, the price is the price — no on-site upselling, no padded extras.

6-month workmanship warranty

If the same issue returns within 6 months due to our work, we re-do it free of charge. Covers labour only; manufacturer warranties on parts and materials pass through to you directly.

Same-day response across Dubai

Bookings made before 12 pm typically get a same-day visit. AMC clients have a 24/7 emergency line for the situations that can't wait.

Multi-trade under one contract

AC, plumbing, electrical, painting, tile fixing, waterproofing, renovation and fit-outs — all in-house. One contractor handles the bathroom, plumbing reroute, tile work and electricals, instead of three.

Direct, jargon-free communication

You'll know what's wrong, what we're doing about it, and what it costs — usually with photos before and after. No hand-waving, no technical fog, no chasing.

Whether it's a one-off AC service or a full villa renovation, the process is the same — six steps, no surprises.

You message us

We confirm scope

A coordinator asks any clarifying questions, agrees a time slot, and confirms the call-out fee or scoping visit. For renovations, we book a free site visit.

Site visit and written quote

For renovation and fit-out work, we visit, scope properly, take measurements, and send a written quote with a line-item breakdown — usually within 1 to 5 working days.

Work, in phases where it helps

Our in-house team executes the agreed scope. For occupied homes and offices we phase the work to keep disruption to a minimum and protect the rest of the property.

Walk-through and handover

On completion we walk through the job with you, photograph the work, and resolve any snag list items on the spot or within an agreed window.

Warranty in place

A 6-month workmanship warranty starts from handover. Manufacturer warranties on installed parts and materials pass through to you directly — we share the paperwork.
