Treatment-room upgrades
Cabinetry and built-in storage tailored to clinical workflow. Reception desks and waiting-area joinery. Treatment beds, equipment counters and instrument storage cabinetry.
MEP upgrades
AC zoning and capacity upgrades for treatment rooms. Clinical-grade LED lighting — dimmable, colour-accurate for aesthetic treatment work. Power-point and data-point repositioning for new equipment layouts. Plumbing for treatment-room sinks, sterilisation areas and pantries.
Wet-area waterproofing
Wet-area waterproofing for treatment rooms and sterilisation areas. Sika and BASF systems. Critical for hygienic flooring longevity.
Painting and decorative finishes
Anti-bacterial wall paint, decorative wall finishes, brand colour roll-out across treatment rooms and reception. Jotun and Dulux systems.
Compliance and continuity
DHA-aware specification, DM compliance for water and waste, DEWA load coordination for new equipment, phased scheduling, dust-controlled barriers between operational and works zones, after-hours and weekend work where required.
Clinic AMC after handover
Most clinic clients transition into a Clinic AMC after refurbishment — bi-monthly visits, water tank cleaning, faster response SLAs and DHA-aware servicing.

Site visit during clinic hours to understand patient flow, treatment-room scheduling, equipment placement and regulatory requirements. Free.
Phased scope plan + written quote
Within 5 working days. Detailed line-item BOQ, phased schedule, daily-impact projection (which treatment rooms are affected when), fixed price.
Approval + DM coordination
We handle DM coordination where the scope requires it. You handle clinic-internal approvals (clinical lead, ownership). DHA approvals stay between you and the regulator; our spec supports DHA-aligned operations.
Phased execution
Most refurbishments run in 3–4 phases. Each phase is dust-controlled, operationally segregated and completed within 5–10 working days.
Handover + Clinic AMC option
Walk-through, snag list resolved, photo handover. Most clinic clients then transition into a Clinic AMC for ongoing maintenance.

Fixed-price written BOQ after site survey. VAT-registered invoicing. Phased payment schedule aligned with phased delivery.
