In-store AC and lighting
Routine servicing of customer-area AC, BOH AC, signage and shopfront lighting, emergency lighting and exit signage. Critical-path for landlord inspections.
Retail electrical
DB panel work, POS power, signage circuits, dedicated outlets, ELV (CAT6 for POS networks, alarm-system coordination), emergency lighting.
Retail plumbing
BOH plumbing for staff facilities, in-store water for food retail, drainage and water heaters.
Signage installation and maintenance
Acrylic letters, channel-letter signs, LED signage, illuminated logos and light-box signs. Installation and ongoing maintenance.
After-hours emergency dispatch

Mall handover deadlines are real
Dubai malls (Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, City Walk, Dubai Hills Mall, Mirdif City Centre and others) operate fixed handover schedules with penalties for missed dates. Most fit-out delays trace to contractors who do not understand mall management's NOC pathway.
Trading hours are sacred
Repairs during trading hours = lost sales. We schedule maintenance and fit-out work for evenings, weekends and overnight where required. Mall units typically mandate after-hours work for anything noisy or disruptive.
Roller-shutter failure is a Day 1 problem
When the shutter will not open in the morning, the shop does not trade. Same-day emergency dispatch for shutter and automatic-door issues is critical.
Landlord NOC and compliance
