In-house duct workshop. We fabricate galvanised sheet metal ducts to your spec — standard rectangular, transitions, takeoffs, dampers, plenum boxes — and install, modify, insulate or clean them ourselves. Most Dubai contractors outsource fabrication; we don't.

Duct Manufacturing
Galvanised sheet metal ducts fabricated to spec — rectangular, round (where required), transitions, takeoffs, dampers, access doors, plenum boxes. SMACNA-aligned standards. Most standard runs ship 1–3 working days from drawing approval.
Duct Installation
New duct installation for fit-outs, renovations, layout changes. Hangers, supports, joint sealing, balancing dampers, terminal connections. Coordinated with the rest of the MEP scope.
Duct Modification & Re-routing
Moving duct runs during fit-outs, rezoning offices, adding or removing branches, connecting new tenancies. We re-balance the system after modification — most contractors skip this, which is why rooms run hot or cold after a fit-out.
Duct Insulation
Fibreglass for internal runs, Armaflex / Aeroflex elastomeric for runs through unconditioned spaces, fire-rated insulation where DCD or building regulations require. Foil-faced where vapour barrier needed.
Duct Cleaning
HEPA-filtered negative pressure, branch-by-branch mechanical brushing, anti-bacterial finish. Separate service for existing systems.
Why in-house manufacturing matters
Most Dubai contractors order ducts from a third-party fabricator in Al Quoz or Jebel Ali. Adds 5–10 working days to a fit-out timeline and 15–25% to the duct line item. We run the workshop ourselves.
Lead time
1–3 days for standard fabrication, instead of 7–14. Critical when the rest of the fit-out is waiting on duct delivery.
Margin
We cut out the middleman markup. Same SMACNA spec, lower per-square-metre cost.
Quality control
One team is responsible for fabrication AND installation. No blame-shifting if joints fail or dimensions drift.
Modification flexibility
Last-minute changes during install — a re-routed beam, a moved partition — handled same-day from the workshop.
Standards we work to
SMACNA-aligned construction
Rectangular and round ducts to SMACNA standards for joint construction, reinforcement spacing, and pressure class.
Galvanised steel by pressure class
Correct steel gauge specified per duct dimension and pressure class — 16ga, 18ga, 20ga as required.
Sealed joints
Joint sealing to DCD-compliant standards where required. Mastic and tape per spec for class and leakage requirements.
DCD smoke-management coordination
Coordinated with Dubai Civil Defence smoke-management requirements for fire-rated zones. Smoke dampers, fire dampers, fire-rated penetrations as specified.
Energy-aware insulation
Insulation thickness per project spec and Dubai Municipality energy guidelines. Foil-faced vapour barriers where condensation risk warrants.
How we price duct work
Per square metre of duct surface area for fabrication and installation. Insulation priced separately. Modification work priced by scope and complexity. Site survey + drawing review first; written BOQ within 3–5 working days.
