UV-C duct sterilisation
UV-C lamps installed in duct systems to kill airborne pathogens and stop coil-pan biofilm regrowth. Useful in clinics, gyms, and any space with persistent biological IAQ issues.
Activated carbon and ionisation
Activated carbon filtration for VOC and odour removal. Bipolar ionisation for particulate agglomeration and capture. Specified to load and occupancy, not sold as a default upsell.
Fresh-air and humidity control
ERV / HRV installation for fresh-air introduction in tightly-sealed spaces. Humidity control systems where summer condensation or winter dryness affects occupants or equipment.
Mould remediation
Duct system inspection and cleaning, mould-affected section replacement, AHU coil and drain pan disinfection, post-remediation re-testing so you have proof the problem is gone.
