Chandeliers and heavy fittings, done properly
A chandelier is the one light fitting that can genuinely hurt someone if it is hung wrong. The pretty part is the last hour; the job is everything above the ceiling line.
Anchored to structure, not to plasterboard
A heavy fitting hangs from the slab or a rated fixing into structure, never from a ceiling board or the old fitting's tired hook. We confirm what is above the ceiling before quoting, and if the ceiling needs a support added, that goes on the quote as its own line instead of being discovered on the day.
Double-height entrances and stairwells
Villa entrance chandeliers hang in the hardest place in the house to reach. Tower access and a two-person lift plan are part of our quote. The alternative is a ladder story that ends badly for the fitting or the person.
Assembly, levelling and crystal patience
Large fittings arrive in boxes of parts. We assemble, hang, level and dress the fitting, and leave the packaging with you until you have lived with it for a day.

A fan is a rotating load: it needs a fixing rated for movement, not the light fitting's old box. Indoor and outdoor-rated fans for terraces and pergolas both handled.
Balanced, so it does not tick you into madness
A wobbling fan is an unbalanced fan. We balance on installation and check at every speed, because a fan you can hear is a fan you will stop using.
Controls that match the fan
Wall regulators, pull chains or remotes wired correctly for the model, and where a room has no fan point at all, we run the new circuit and make good after.
LED conversion and downlights
Halogen to LED without the flicker
Swapping lamps is easy; doing it without flicker and early failures is about drivers and transformers. Old halogen transformers and new LED lamps are a bad marriage, we replace the driver where it is needed instead of leaving you with strobing spots.
Dimmers that actually dim
LED on the wrong dimmer buzzes, flickers or drops out at low level. We match trailing-edge dimmers to the lamps you choose, and tell you when a cherished old dimmer has to go.
Downlight layouts planned before cutting
Spacing, beam angle and switching zones on paper first, kitchen task light where the counters are, not a grid of holes that looked right on the ceiling plan and wrong at night.

Photo and ceiling height
WhatsApp a photo of the fitting (or the box it came in), the room, and a rough ceiling height. Most lighting jobs are quoted from exactly that.
Fixed written quote
Fitting installation, access, any new wiring or driver work, each on its own line.
Installation
Protection down, fitting assembled and hung on the right fixing, controls wired, everything tested at every switch and speed.
Walk-through
You approve it lit, dimmed and (for fans) at full speed before we pack up. Written workmanship warranty follows.
Lighting installation questions
Can you hang a chandelier in a double-height entrance?
Yes, that is the signature job of this page. Tower access, two-person lift and structural anchoring are all part of the quote. Send the ceiling height and a photo and we will quote it properly.
The chandelier came with the villa. Can you take it down, clean behind it, and rehang it?
Yes. Takedown and rehang around painting, ceiling repairs or a move are normal bookings, and cheaper booked as one visit each way than as an emergency when the painters arrive.
Why do my new LED spots flicker on the dimmer?
Almost always the driver or the dimmer, not the lamps. Old transformers and leading-edge dimmers fight LED electronics. The fix is a compatible driver, a trailing-edge dimmer, or both, a diagnosis visit tells you which before anything is bought.
Can you add downlights to a room that has none?
Yes, layout on paper first, then cutting, wiring and making good. Ceiling type decides the method, and the quote says exactly how much reinstatement is included.
Do you take small jobs, one light installation or a light fixing visit?
Yes. Single-fitting light installation, a light fixing visit for a fitting that stopped working, or a batch of lamp and driver swaps are all normal bookings, quoted from a photo.
Do you install ceiling fans outdoors?
Yes, with outdoor-rated fans on protected circuits for terraces and pergolas. An indoor fan outdoors is a short unhappy story in Dubai humidity, if the fan you bought is indoor-rated, we will tell you before installing it.
