A vanity unit made to your wall rather than to a standard width, with the basin cut-out set out for the tap and waste you have actually chosen. Single or double sink, drawers that clear the trap, and a top in the material you want.
Wall-hung and floor-standing
Wall-hung vanity units make a small bathroom read larger and make the floor easy to clean, but the wall has to take the load, so we check and reinforce the fixing rather than trusting plasterboard. Floor-standing units suit heavier tops and give more storage per metre.
Mirror cabinets and above-basin storage
Mirror cabinets, open shelving and tall units built into the space beside or above the basin, with lighting integration planned into the carcass and wired by our own electricians.
Corner, alcove and awkward-space units
The bathroom cabinet that no shop sells: corner vanities, alcove storage, units built around a soil pipe or a window reveal. Made to measure is the only way these ever fit properly.

Moisture-resistant carcass, sealed edges
Moisture-resistant board rather than standard MDF, with every cut edge sealed and the back and underside treated. The panel under the basin is where a bathroom unit dies first, so that is the one we detail hardest.
Hardware that survives humidity
Blum, Hettich and Häfele soft-close hinges and runners rated for the environment, because a cheap runner in a Dubai bathroom seizes long before the carcass fails. Manufacturer warranties pass through to you.
Plumbing set out before fabrication
Trap position, waste, isolation valves and the tap hole agreed before the unit is built, with our own plumbers on the same job. That is why our drawers actually clear the pipework instead of being notched on site.
Ventilation and the gap behind
Units set with an air gap and sealed to the wall properly, so moisture cannot sit trapped behind the carcass, which is how mould starts in an otherwise clean bathroom.

Build off-site, fit in a day
The unit is cut, edged and finished before install day, so the bathroom is out of use for the shortest time the job allows.
Connect, seal, hand over
Plumbed in, sealed to the wall, drawers tested against the pipework, site cleaned, and a written 6-month workmanship warranty with hardware manufacturer warranties passed through.
Bathroom vanity questions
Can I change the vanity without redoing the whole bathroom?
Yes, and it is the most common version of this job. The tiling, bath and shower stay; the vanity, cabinetry and mirror change. Where the new unit is a different width, we plan the tile edges and the plumbing move at quotation stage so you know before we start whether any making-good is involved.
Wall-hung or floor-standing?
Wall-hung looks lighter, suits a small bathroom and makes the floor easy to clean, but it needs a wall that can carry the unit plus a loaded basin, so we check the construction first and reinforce where needed. Floor-standing carries heavier stone tops and gives more storage. Neither is automatically right, and the wall usually decides it.
What material lasts in a Dubai bathroom?
Moisture-resistant board with properly sealed edges, in a painted, lacquered or veneered finish. Standard MDF with unsealed edges is what fails: it swells at the base, the front lifts, and no amount of finish rescues it afterwards. The carcass specification matters more here than the door style.
Can you match the vanity to our kitchen or wardrobes?
Yes. Same bench, same finishes: we match veneer, lacquer colour and handles across kitchen carpentry and wardrobes so the joinery reads as one house rather than three suppliers.
Do you supply the basin and tap too?
We build the cabinetry and cut it for the basin and tap you choose. Most clients buy the sanitaryware they want and we set the unit out around it; where you would rather we sourced it, our plumbing team handles that side.
How long is the bathroom out of use?
The unit is built before install day, so site time is fitting and connecting rather than fabricating. The install window is on your quote in writing before you commit.
